Shanice Daeche

Classic Lupton’s 12th man (woman), she is an ardent supporter who has braved the extremities of the Leeds weather to cheer the lads to glory. A fan of true, grassroots football, Sha even has a CLFC tattoo, but its location cannot be revealed…..

Stefan Nowakowski

A very talented right winger, Stef is currently training with Melbourne Alexandra ‘down under’. When he returns from Ramsay Street, he will no doubt be reminded of his majestic overhead kick finish in last years semi final.

Tom Coupland

A great shot-stopper, Tom is said to have the reflexes of a somewhat slimmer Neville Southall. A Lupton boy through and through, he even broke his wrist for the team in last years play-off final with a brave save at the feet of the onrushing striker.

Rob Hiscocks

In the mould of Sami Hyppia, this no-nonsense central defender has been sent out on loan to both Watford and Tranmere in an effort to regain his fitness after a long standing knee problem. Should make his eagerly awaited Lupton comeback next season. A great motivator, Rob is a constant source of inspiration at the back.

Loz Ostlere

The most skilful player CLFC have ever seen, Loz has played at the highest levels of university football. Trying to get the ball off him is like trying to get served in Mine at Fruity; either impossible or a very long wait. He scored a crucial goal in his solo appearance this term with his trusty left foot.

Tom Merrell

As a brilliant talker at the heart of the defence, Mezza has been missed since his transfer to Singapore Argyle. He is know to be eager to return to his former club, and apparently is willing to take a pay cut. His fitness isn’t in question as he recently set a new world record in a half marathon.

Craig Thorpe

Craig wears the captain’s armband with immense pride, and has shown his footballing abilities on both the wings and centrally where he loves a good, fair, hard tackle. He has often been criticised for his finishing but Dennis Bergkamp would have been proud of his subtle chipped finish against X Dev.

Richard Booth

Richard Booth, GOAL, is the most prolific striker intramural football has ever seen. A natural finisher, Ric is the first name on the team sheet and usually the first on the score sheet too. He memorably bagged the winner in last season’s play-off final. Fortunately though, we have the power to know, that he is indestructible, always believe in……

James Phillips

Acquired on a Bosman in November, James has been the best free transfer singing since Birmingham snapped up Christophe Dugarry. His dribbling abilities are drooling to watch, and added to this, he has a fierce, accurate shot. Rather like Pete Doherty, he is not afraid to try anything.

Tom Obafemi

At least Jimmy Bullard played 37minutes for Hull. Tom, with his lightning quick pace, is a real nuisance for defenders but has yet to play competitively in a blue shirt. However, ‘Sicknote’ did score an enchanting lob against Sports Science in pre-season.
